Privacy Policy
Koda ("we", "us") is a marketing and web services business based in Houston, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We have tried to write it in plain English rather than legal boilerplate.
Information you give us
If you fill in our contact form, we receive the information you type into it — typically your name, email address, phone number, business name, the service you are interested in, and whatever you write in the message box. We use this only to respond to you and to discuss working together.
If you call, text or email us directly, we receive whatever information you choose to share.
Information collected automatically
If you accept our cookie notice, we use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the site, which pages they view, and which buttons they click. This tells us things like "twenty people visited the care plans section this week." It does not tell us who you are.
If you decline the cookie notice, analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set. The site works exactly the same either way.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also processes basic technical information such as IP addresses for security and performance purposes. This is standard for every website.
Cookies
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. We use two kinds:
- Necessary — one item stored in your browser to remember whether you accepted or declined this notice, so we do not ask again on every visit.
- Analytics — set by Google Analytics, only if you accept. These help us count visits and understand which pages are useful.
You can clear cookies at any time in your browser settings. To change your choice on this site, clear your browser data for this domain and the notice will appear again.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information, and we never will. We share it only with the service providers that make this website work:
- Formspree — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox
- Google Analytics — anonymous website statistics, only with your consent
- Cloudflare — hosting, security and email delivery
We may also disclose information if required to do so by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as is useful for the business relationship, and delete them on request. Analytics data is retained by Google according to their standard retention settings.
Your choices
- Decline analytics cookies using the notice on our home page
- Ask us what information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete your information
- Ask us to stop contacting you — we will stop immediately

Children
This website is intended for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), has no login or customer database, and applies standard security headers. No system is perfectly secure, but there is very little here to compromise.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
